The Artley Wilkins and Armstrong Heritage were made to compete with Haynes and Powell because  Haynes and Powell were taking  5 years to deliver. Not too smart. These flutes are still wonderful and can be played by both amateur and professional alike.

This is a left hand crutch I made for a bass flute. The man I made this for had troubles holding the flute with the crutch that came with it (a Jupiter). This much more comfortable than the one that comes with the flute and doesn’t restrict your circulation as much. I can make this to the specifications of your hand size.
